Echelon Cabinetry
Echelon Cabinetry is part of the ACPI family, a national kitchen and bath cabinetry company that encompasses 6 brands of cabinetry, from stock to semi-custom, framed and frameless cabinetry. ACPI has been in the cabinetry business for the past 70 years. Brands owned and operated by ACPI include Echelon Cabinetry, Advanta Cabinets, Master Wood Craft Cabinetry, Smart Cabinetry, Cabinets 2000, Serenade Cabinetry. Echelon Cabinetry, which is offered and installed through the Kitchen and Bath Design Studio is a stock to semi-custom cabinetry line.
There are three kitchen cabinet collections available through Echelon including the Ascent Collection, the Prestige Collection and the Summit Collection. Each collection comes with several types of door facings and color options.

Cabinet Construction
Front Frame
3/4″ thick kiln dried solid hardwood. Stiles 1-1/2″ wide, mulls 3″ wide, rails 1-3/4″ wide
End Panels
Nominal 1/2″ thick, multi-ply plywood dadoed to receive tops and bottoms.
Top and Bottom Panels
Nominal 1/2″ thick multi-ply hardwood plywood. Tops and boots set into grooved end panels, and front rails glued and stapled. Brooms are supported at rear oaf base cabinets by 1/2″ thick multi-ply hardwood plywood.
Hanging Rails
Wall cabinets have 1/2″ thick by 2-7/8″ high multi-ply hardwood plywood hanging rail running full cabinet width at top and bottom. Base cabinets have 1/2″ by 2/7/8″ high multi-ply hardwood plywood
Back Panel
1/8″ thick hardwood plywood
Shelves
5/8″ thick multi-ply hardwood plywood, with hardwood veneer banded front edge. Shelves are adjustable in all standard wall and base cabinets.
Toe Kick
1/2″ thick multi-ply hardwood plywood. Toe kick is 4” high and recess 4“
Base I-Beam Braces
Two 1/2” thick by 2-7/8” wide plywood braces running full depth front to back of cabinet, recessed down 1” from top. All braces are glued and stapled at top of cabinet to front frame and hang rail, and dadoed into end panel.
Drawers
1/2” thick solid wood front, back and sides with dovetail construction. Drawer bottoms are 1/4” thick, multi-ply hardwood inserted and stapled into dado in front, back and sides.
Drawer guides
High quality epoxy coated steel, Custom-Tec, side mounted guides, self-adjusting in mounting brackets. Built-in stop, self-closing and stay-closed features with a 75 lbs. rated load capacity.
Hinges
Heavy-duty, high quality steel, concealed 6-way adjustable hinge with self-closing feature.
